| | Nope. We've made it so that you don't need internet access to get to the phone numbers, so that it is convenient for you. |

| 3. | Can I add numbers or update the numbers around my area? |
| | Definitely. Shoot us an email with the update, we'll try to verify it and update the database for you and everybody else. |

| 4. | Will I be able to get more numbers later? |
| | Yes. We will work on expanding the database for you. |

| 5. | My search can't locate me |
| | Try your best to enter your city name (no state necessary) and try using the custom search. |

| 6. | How do I improve my search results? |
| | Try entering your zip-code if your GPS isn't working, that's probably the best way to locate the phone numbers near you. |

| 7. | What if the program crashes? |
| | Try uninstalling and reinstalling the program, especially if you just installed an update. Also, please report to us if this doesn't resolve your issues. |

| 8. | Can I expect future version updates? |
| | Most certainly. All future updates in the program and database are free to existing customers. |

| | Uninstall and reinstall the app. This should clear the existing database, update it with the new one and will likely resolve your issues. |
